But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

This verse is so rich. Those of us who have been born again literally have the Spirit that raised Yeshua from the dead living in us. I hope you can truly grasp this reality. The Spirit that lifted Yeshua off the ground and caused Him to ascend and disappear into the clouds lives in you and me. We have resurrected, victorious life living inside us, and as we cling to Father God, He will teach us to live by this Spirit. 

But that’s not all. His Spirit imparts divine life that will keep our natural bodies healthy. That means if you and I feel like our bodies are getting sick or worn out, we can entreat God’s Spirit who lives inside us to impart life and healing to our flesh so we can supernaturally recover and walk in divine health. As God’s dear children, we can rely on His Spirit to give life to our mortal flesh so we can be in good health—body, soul, mind, and spirit—while we’re on the earth. Beloved one, God is so great, and in Messiah Yeshua we are complete.¹ Let’s believe God to be for us who He said He would be—the source of our shalom, victory, and healing.
