“Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.”

It’s unfortunate that many who claim to be followers of Yeshua are not seeking first the things that are above. Yeshua has been raised up to the right hand of God and is seated there in heavenly places, but many believers are craving the things of the earth. Seeking to fulfill the longing of our souls with the pleasures of this world instead of with knowing Messiah is a horrendously foul, demonic deception.

Please consider what you are giving yourself to today. What are you directing most of your energy toward? Are you taking time to sit alone with God, examine your thoughts, and pray? “Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.” Are you separating yourself unto the Lord so He can fill you with Himself? Or are you spending all your time on social media, watching TV, shopping, or talking to your earthly friends? We must put God first. 

The Lord will not force us to choose Him; rather, He said, “I have set before you life and death.…Choose life in order that you may live.” Yeshua said He is the way, the truth, and the life. The choice is yours.
