It is such a beautiful reality that Jesus looks at us as His friends. Think about it for a second. The Son of God Himself considers you and me His friends. It’s hard to wrap our minds around this. But God’s Word says that His heart is full of love for us, and He calls us His friends.

You are the friend of Jesus, and He wants you to share your heart with Him. He considers you a partner in life, someone with whom He will have communion and fellowship. This may be hard for you to believe, but Jesus actually enjoys your company, and He wants to share with you a deeper revelation of who He is and what is on His heart.

Let’s take Yeshua at His word and believe that He sees us as His friends. Believe Him when He says He does not see you as a servant but instead calls you His friend.

You said, Jesus, that everything the Father reveals to You, You are going to reveal to me. So right now I’m coming to You, King Jesus, asking You to continue to reveal the Father’s love to me and reveal all things that will build me up in the revelation of Your beauty, who You are, who the Father is, and my destiny in You. I love You today. Thank You for making me Your friend.
